Narrative:

On my way from first class to coach, the male passenger in business class, seat xy, asked me, rudely, with no 'please,' for a pillow and blanket. I avoid rude behavior, so I simply told him that I would see what I could do. In coach I found a pillow and a blanket and on my way back to first class, handed them to passenger xy, who told me to keep 'that bitch the blank away from me,' pointing to the business class galley area. I decided to ignore his comment.
