I released 2 or 3 B757's for ETOPS flts and my B757 ETOPS had expired 8 days ago. After realizing what I had done, I completed my required training for B757 ETOPS.

Narrative: I RELEASED 2 OR 3 B757'S FOR ETOPS FLTS AND MY B757 ETOPS HAD EXPIRED 8 DAYS AGO. AFTER REALIZING WHAT I HAD DONE, I COMPLETED MY REQUIRED TRAINING FOR B757 ETOPS.
