Narrative:

Cpr crj on RNAV departure from las vegas airport was on idale departure. The aircraft turned 4.2 mi from idale en route to hitme. I have observed several aircraft execute turns from fly-by fixes between 1-5 mi. I have also observed aircraft fly past the fix. I reported this occurrence to the supervisor. Another concern is that there is not a procedure which tracks these occurrences. The system will not improve if the information is not recorded and disseminated to the appropriate agency.

Title: L30 DEP CTLR CONCERNED ABOUT FREQUENTLY OBSERVED FAILURES OF PLTS TO COMPLY WITH THE IDALE RNAV SID, EITHER TURNING LATE OR EARLY IN THE VICINITY OF IDALE INTXN.

Narrative: CPR CRJ ON RNAV DEP FROM LAS VEGAS ARPT WAS ON IDALE DEP. THE ACFT TURNED 4.2 MI FROM IDALE ENRTE TO HITME. I HAVE OBSERVED SEVERAL ACFT EXECUTE TURNS FROM FLY-BY FIXES BTWN 1-5 MI. I HAVE ALSO OBSERVED ACFT FLY PAST THE FIX. I RPTED THIS OCCURRENCE TO THE SUPVR. ANOTHER CONCERN IS THAT THERE IS NOT A PROC WHICH TRACKS THESE OCCURRENCES. THE SYS WILL NOT IMPROVE IF THE INFO IS NOT RECORDED AND DISSEMINATED TO THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY.
