Narrative:
Instructing student on ground reference maneuvers. Advised and demonstrated how to clear the area of other traffic. Started to do turns around a point. Another aircraft descended toward our location from the northeast. I took the flight controls and rapidly descended and turned away from the aircraft. Aircraft continued to descend toward us and started to do 'ground reference' maneuvers. Low visibility was probably a factor.

Title: 2 LIGHT ACFT DURING INSTRUCTIONAL FLT HAVE NMAC.
Narrative: INSTRUCTING STUDENT ON GND REF MANEUVERS. ADVISED AND DEMONSTRATED HOW TO CLR THE AREA OF OTHER TFC. STARTED TO DO TURNS AROUND A POINT. ANOTHER ACFT DSNDED TOWARD OUR LOCATION FROM THE NE. I TOOK THE FLT CTLS AND RAPIDLY DSNDED AND TURNED AWAY FROM THE ACFT. ACFT CONTINUED TO DSND TOWARD US AND STARTED TO DO 'GND REF' MANEUVERS. LOW VISIBILITY WAS PROBABLY A FACTOR.
