Narrative:
When closing out the logbook for XXX, I improperly transposed a mechanic's signoff to the mechanic signoff box instead of the confirmation check box. When reviewing a logbook today I realized I may not have put a confirmation check in the logbook at XXX. After reviewing the pack for XXX, I confirmed I put the mechanic's signature in the wrong box.
