Narrative:

Various acfts (crj) have malfunctioning beverage carts. Several crews have written up the beverage carts with company paperwork, however, the carts are still being used. The carts in question are new and top heavy, toppling over injuring crew and passengers. In addition, crews were asked to use the cart with palm sides up, causing stress to the wrists and shoulders. From my past experience, doing so still does not remedy the problem of the heavy carts toppling over. The cart issue has been addressed with the airline and yet the carts remain on certain aircraft. We need to get these dangerous carts removed from the aircraft.
