Narrative:
During preflight briefing on the morning of 04/thu/02, I obtained information on all tfr and restr data along my expected route. I was advised of a tfr near ZZZ. While passing south on airway I called ZZZ approach and was given a squawk code. Due to a cloud dock, I descended from 5500 to VFR cruise altitude of 3500. When approach was through talking to other traffic, I was identified and advised of violating a temporary flight restr area and given a vector of 140 degrees. While responding to controllers questions to collect data, my situation awareness degraded to the point where I refused to answer any questions until I could navigate the aircraft to a landing. Subsequent negations resulting in a vector to ZZZ1 where I landed and called the approach control facility.

Title: UNAUTH UNCOORD PENETRATION OF A TFR BY A CJ-6 PVT PLT NEAR ZZZ, US.
Narrative: DURING PREFLT BRIEFING ON THE MORNING OF 04/THU/02, I OBTAINED INFO ON ALL TFR AND RESTR DATA ALONG MY EXPECTED RTE. I WAS ADVISED OF A TFR NEAR ZZZ. WHILE PASSING S ON AIRWAY I CALLED ZZZ APCH AND WAS GIVEN A SQUAWK CODE. DUE TO A CLOUD DOCK, I DESCENDED FROM 5500 TO VFR CRUISE ALT OF 3500. WHEN APCH WAS THROUGH TALKING TO OTHER TFC, I WAS IDENTIFIED AND ADVISED OF VIOLATING A TEMPORARY FLT RESTR AREA AND GIVEN A VECTOR OF 140 DEGS. WHILE RESPONDING TO CTLRS QUESTIONS TO COLLECT DATA, MY SIT AWARENESS DEGRADED TO THE POINT WHERE I REFUSED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS UNTIL I COULD NAVIGATE THE ACFT TO A LNDG. SUBSEQUENT NEGATIONS RESULTING IN A VECTOR TO ZZZ1 WHERE I LANDED AND CALLED THE APCH CTL FACILITY.
