Narrative:

Dec/wed/01, B&B cover robbed for aircraft X l-hand side, from serviceable quick engine change. Later same day assembled cover was reinstalled on engine quick engine change without possibility of test run. Engine later installed on aircraft and low oil pressure reported after 17 hours, 15 cycles of operation. Oil xfer to be missing from B&B cover. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the B&B is the starter drive gearbox mounted on the top of the engine and the problem was the replacement of the cover assembly. The reporter said the build up of the assembly left out the oil xfer tube resulting in low oil pressure when the engine was operated on the airplane.
