Narrative:

On or about dec/thu/01, I was working west radar combined with east radar. I had a handoff assisting me. An H/KC35 was handed off to fbk gca on right traffic, parallel runway 24, heading 120 degrees. Subsequently, gca vectored the aircraft through final and reinstated it a left downwind. Before I noticed this, gca had penetrated the spruce MOA boundary, which was active at that time. I immediately contacted gca to initiate corrective action. Immediately after this, I instructed my handoff to notify the supervisor that an operational deviation had most likely occurred.
