Narrative:

The flight departed ZZZ airport at approximately XA00 enroute for ZZZ1 airport with a stop at ZZZ2. After what I perceived as an uneventful flight I was met at the destination airport and advised to contact ZZZ3 center via telephone. I contacted the watch desk, and was informed I had violated a temporary flight restr southeast of ZZZ4. I had prepared for this flight by reviewing all NOTAMS available to me, these listed numerous tfrs referenced by the name of the facilities involved (I do not recall seeing this tfr listed). I also referenced several internet sites which depicted these tfrs graphically on a map of the us (this particular tfr was not shown). Talking with the watch desk personnel, I was informed this tfr had been added several hours prior to my flight, and had been omitted from the original NOTAM because it was a deactivated facility. Apparently the NOTAM involved included numerous new tfrs while at the same time canceling many others previously instituted and had been confusing to numerous pilots, FSS briefers and controllers alike. Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if NOTAMS regarding named facilities would include some type of geographical or NAVAID reference to enable pilots to more easily determine their exact location.

Title: A PLT VIOLATED A TFR INVOLVING A PWR PLANT.

Narrative: THE FLT DEPARTED ZZZ ARPT AT APPROX XA00 ENROUTE FOR ZZZ1 ARPT WITH A STOP AT ZZZ2. AFTER WHAT I PERCEIVED AS AN UNEVENTFUL FLT I WAS MET AT THE DEST ARPT AND ADVISED TO CONTACT ZZZ3 CTR VIA TELEPHONE. I CONTACTED THE WATCH DESK, AND WAS INFORMED I HAD VIOLATED A TEMPORARY FLT RESTR SE OF ZZZ4. I HAD PREPARED FOR THIS FLT BY REVIEWING ALL NOTAMS AVAILABLE TO ME, THESE LISTED NUMEROUS TFRS REFERENCED BY THE NAME OF THE FACILITIES INVOLVED (I DO NOT RECALL SEEING THIS TFR LISTED). I ALSO REFERENCED SEVERAL INTERNET SITES WHICH DEPICTED THESE TFRS GRAPHICALLY ON A MAP OF THE US (THIS PARTICULAR TFR WAS NOT SHOWN). TALKING WITH THE WATCH DESK PERSONNEL, I WAS INFORMED THIS TFR HAD BEEN ADDED SEVERAL HRS PRIOR TO MY FLT, AND HAD BEEN OMITTED FROM THE ORIGINAL NOTAM BECAUSE IT WAS A DEACTIVATED FACILITY.
