Narrative:

I called ZZZ1 FSS at approximately XA30 am, nov/sat/01 for a WX briefing and to file a flight plan for a trip from ZZZ2 to ZZZ3. Talked to mr. X, requested NOTAMS and any flight restrs related to sep/tue. Was told about 10 mi no fly zone around power plants. I also asked if regular restr area at ZZZ4 had been expanded, as it was near my proposed flight path. Reply was that it had not changed. I was not told about 10 mi no fly zone around ZZZ4. During the flight I knew I was close to ZZZ4, but the sectional I was following only indicated I was to stay above 3400 ft MSL. I subsequently flew through their 10 mi no fly zone. Upon filing a flight plan for return from ZZZ3 to ZZZ2, I was again not told about ZZZ4 until I specifically asked.

Title: A 'SMA' PLT VIOLATED A TFR INVOLVING A MIL INSTILLATION.

Narrative: I CALLED ZZZ1 FSS AT APPROX XA30 AM, NOV/SAT/01 FOR A WX BRIEFING AND TO FILE A FLT PLAN FOR A TRIP FROM ZZZ2 TO ZZZ3. TALKED TO MR. X, REQUESTED NOTAMS AND ANY FLT RESTRS RELATED TO SEP/TUE. WAS TOLD ABOUT 10 MI NO FLY ZONE AROUND POWER PLANTS. I ALSO ASKED IF REGULAR RESTR AREA AT ZZZ4 HAD BEEN EXPANDED, AS IT WAS NEAR MY PROPOSED FLT PATH. REPLY WAS THAT IT HAD NOT CHANGED. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT 10 MI NO FLY ZONE AROUND ZZZ4. DURING THE FLT I KNEW I WAS CLOSE TO ZZZ4, BUT THE SECTIONAL I WAS FOLLOWING ONLY INDICATED I WAS TO STAY ABOVE 3400 FT MSL. I SUBSEQUENTLY FLEW THROUGH THEIR 10 MI NO FLY ZONE. UPON FILING A FLT PLAN FOR RETURN FROM ZZZ3 TO ZZZ2, I WAS AGAIN NOT TOLD ABOUT ZZZ4 UNTIL I SPECIFICALLY ASKED.
