Narrative:

I was assigned to aircraft, #2 engine. The turnover from the night shift and my crew chief was to install the air intake spinner and fairing, and any other items and 'B' check cards that were left over. I installed the air intake spinner and fairing, and torqued both items to the proper torque valves from the maintenance manual. The air intake spinner extension had been installed on the night shift. The reason for the statement, is that I had to sign the block on the 'B' check work card, that covers all 3 gpm parts. The person who installed the extension did not sign the same block.
