Narrative:

Our position was on J29 crossing over rosewood VOR to intercept radial 046 degrees to join wakem 2 arrival rosewood transition at FL240 when cle ATC advised us about opposite traffic and followed by TA/RA we were already in 20 degrees left bank to join the R-046 degrees from rosewood VOR. We had visual contact with traffic and we cleared the traffic estimate within 2 to 3 mi horizontal separation. Then cle ATC told us maintain heading 010 degree to join the R-046 degrees at which we were already on the redial and on course for arrival to cle hopkins airport.
