Narrative:
Flight departed phl international. Dispatcher and I overlooked the temperature in the destination forecast that required an alternate to be filed. I discovered the oversight en route, called dispatch and had an alternate filed and received a WX brief. Flight proceeded to destination and landed with ATIS of 4 mi visibility in 'br.' alternate filed en route was hpn with good WX. Was the 6TH leg of a 13.5 hour day with good WX during day. Higher level of pressure after sep/tue/01 and additional details to new airport and company procedures.

Title: DUE TO WX FORECAST AT DEST, A DH8 CREW ENRTE REALIZED THAT AN ALTERNATE ARPT NEEDED TO BE FILED.
Narrative: FLT DEPARTED PHL INTL. DISPATCHER AND I OVERLOOKED THE TEMP IN THE DEST FORECAST THAT REQUIRED AN ALTERNATE TO BE FILED.
