Narrative:
Released flight without alternate. Due to other circumstances happening, I missed the occasional broken 015 degrees in forecast. Upon spotting my error, I released flight to a different destination within fuel range of aircraft.

Title: AN AIRLINE DISPATCHER HAS TO CHANGE THE DEST ARPT FOR A PREVIOUSLY DISPATCHED FLT SINCE THE FUEL REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ALTERNATE ARPT WERE NOT AVAILABLE. DISPATCHER HAD MISREAD THE WX FORECAST.
Narrative: RELEASED FLT WITHOUT ALTERNATE. DUE TO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES HAPPENING, I MISSED THE OCCASIONAL BROKEN 015 DEGS IN FORECAST. UPON SPOTTING MY ERROR, I RELEASED FLT TO A DIFFERENT DEST WITHIN FUEL RANGE OF ACFT.
