Narrative:

On 9/thu/01 at approximately XA30 local time a flight was conducted from 06N to fwn airports. Both airports are small single runway and non twred. From numerous radio and television news reports it was believed that the restrictions on the use of us domestic airspace was removed. No radio contact was able to be established with fwn airport and upon landing it was found out that the restrictions were still in effect and that the flight was in violation. The aircraft was left at fwn. Poor judgement was exercised in the use of regular radio news reports in lieu of official information. This will be avoided in the future.
