Narrative:

We were on the bowie arrival from sps at 11000 ft for the dfw airport. Our clearance was to go direct to ukw then at bambe fly heading 110 degrees and intercept runway 13R localizer. Just about ukw VOR, ZFW pointed out traffic at our 9-10 O'clock position. 2 F16's VFR at 13000 ft, and they were not talking to ZFW. We continued watching the F16's maneuver around the clouds. At bambe, I as the PF, started the turn to 110 degrees. While in the turn, the F16's turned toward us at our altitude. I rolled out of the turn, with the captain's concurrence, to avoid the F16's that were now bearing down on us. About that time, the TCASII went to RA and we monitored our altitude while the F16's went across our nose at a very high rate of speed. The F16's were heading sbound toward possibly ft worth NAS. We informed ZFW of the RA and that the F16's went about 1 mi across our nose. We then continued the turn to 110 degrees to intercept the localizer.

Title: A CONFLICT BTWN AN ACR AND 2 MIL F16'S IN THE DFW AREA WHEN THE ACFT WERE UNDER THE CTL OF DIFFERENT CTLRS.

Narrative: WE WERE ON THE BOWIE ARR FROM SPS AT 11000 FT FOR THE DFW ARPT. OUR CLRNC WAS TO GO DIRECT TO UKW THEN AT BAMBE FLY HEADING 110 DEGS AND INTERCEPT RWY 13R LOC. JUST ABOUT UKW VOR, ZFW POINTED OUT TFC AT OUR 9-10 O'CLOCK POS. 2 F16'S VFR AT 13000 FT, AND THEY WERE NOT TALKING TO ZFW. WE CONTINUED WATCHING THE F16'S MANEUVER AROUND THE CLOUDS. AT BAMBE, I AS THE PF, STARTED THE TURN TO 110 DEGS. WHILE IN THE TURN, THE F16'S TURNED TOWARD US AT OUR ALT. I ROLLED OUT OF THE TURN, WITH THE CAPT'S CONCURRENCE, TO AVOID THE F16'S THAT WERE NOW BEARING DOWN ON US. ABOUT THAT TIME, THE TCASII WENT TO RA AND WE MONITORED OUR ALT WHILE THE F16'S WENT ACROSS OUR NOSE AT A VERY HIGH RATE OF SPD. THE F16'S WERE HEADING SBOUND TOWARD POSSIBLY FT WORTH NAS. WE INFORMED ZFW OF THE RA AND THAT THE F16'S WENT ABOUT 1 MI ACROSS OUR NOSE. WE THEN CONTINUED THE TURN TO 110 DEGS TO INTERCEPT THE LOC.
