Narrative:

From cargo ramp on north side controller told us to 'taxi to runway 30L, via taxiway north, hold short of runway 30L.' as we started to cross runway 30R, ground control told us to stop. He then told aircraft on final for runway 12L to 'go around.' all 3 pilots heard and understood the same clearance. Several aircraft we saw all appeared to be on final or dogleg to runway 12R. The controller was working metering, ground and tower frequencys. Supplemental information from acn 523973: controller then told us to taxi to runway 12L. Same controller was working metering, ground and tower concurrently.
