The company requirement for a new flight plan forecast was not complied with the zero fuel weight increase requiring it. Both pilot and dispatcher failed to notice.

Narrative:
Fpf (flight plan forecast) ZFW (zero fuel weight) of 158200 pounds revised weight from ACARS before takeoff 160500 pounds. This was 300 pounds over the 2000 pound tolerance for a flight in excess of 800 NM. (Our fpf mileage was 877 NM). While I missed this requirement, please note that no one sent me a revised fuel burn either. As a matter of fact, they never do so, unless the crew advises them of a ZFW weight change.
