Narrative:

I was contacted by maintenance regarding left center tank fuel override jettison pump inoperative, which requires that any fuel in the center tank be considered structural check fuel. The call came in approximately 20 mins prior to departure. I read both pages of the placard information and determined that it was ok to go. I forwarded up the placard information to the cockpit crew via ACARS and they agreed that it was ok. I failed to contact the load planner to advise him/her to show 19600 pounds of fuel as structural check on the weight manifest. Usually this is automatic for me to do -- I just missed it.
