Both aircraft were proceeding sebound. The course interception angle was approximately 30 degrees. Aircraft #2 was behind aircraft #1. Corrective actions: make more position reports. Traffic traveling between icy straits (hnh, gst, exi) to sgy should cross over the town of haines after proceeding along the west side of the lynn canal to parallel the flow of traffic.
