Narrative:

I mistakenly climbed a BE30 to 10000 ft to ptw. I didn't see a hawker wbound at 10000 ft to mxe. I was distraction by an automation problem with ZDC (tags dropping off of aircraft on the teb jaike 1 STAR). My airspace altitudes change depending on runway configns. We had switched back and forth from runway 27 to runway 9 several times during the day. I forgot we had recently switched to runway 9 (where I only own 9000 ft).
