Near midair collision. Purser heard warning in cockpit 200 ft. Aircraft climbed suddenly and steeply (extremely). Flight attendants and passenger vomited, intense headache, dizziness. 2 flight attendants unable to work remainder of sequence. Airline placed us on sick list (pressure to work remainder of sequence).
