Narrative:

Agent closed door without #1 flight attendant coordination and without checking with me or the #1 flight attendant, with bins open and baggage in the aisle. Made agent open the door and asked him why he closed it without checking with the #1 flight attendant and he said he was being yelled at by the csm to close the door. This is second incident for me in last 2 sequences.

Title: AN OPS AGENT CLOSED THE ACFT DOOR WITHOUT THE OK OF FLT ATTENDANT OR THE CAPT.

Narrative: AGENT CLOSED DOOR WITHOUT #1 FLT ATTENDANT COORD AND WITHOUT CHKING WITH ME OR THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT, WITH BINS OPEN AND BAGGAGE IN THE AISLE. MADE AGENT OPEN THE DOOR AND ASKED HIM WHY HE CLOSED IT WITHOUT CHECKING WITH THE #1 FA AND HE SAID HE WAS BEING YELLED AT BY THE CSM TO CLOSE THE DOOR. THIS IS SECOND INCIDENT FOR ME IN LAST 2 SEQUENCES.
