Narrative:
MEL 26-14 aft/bulk cargo compartment blow in/out panel aircraft X. I coordinated with load control and sju on flight air carrier X, may/wed, but failed to follow up with a message and further coordination that would insure compliance not to board cargo in the aft cargo compartment and bulk compartment. Knowing the load control agent's name is irrelevant. I should have coordinated with a message and entry in the remarks section of flight release.

Narrative: MEL 26-14 AFT/BULK CARGO COMPARTMENT BLOW IN/OUT PANEL ACFT X. I COORDINATED WITH LOAD CTL AND SJU ON FLT ACR X, MAY/WED, BUT FAILED TO FOLLOW UP WITH A MESSAGE AND FURTHER COORD THAT WOULD INSURE COMPLIANCE NOT TO BOARD CARGO IN THE AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT AND BULK COMPARTMENT. KNOWING THE LOAD CTL AGENT'S NAME IS IRRELEVANT. I SHOULD HAVE COORDINATED WITH A MESSAGE AND ENTRY IN THE REMARKS SECTION OF FLT RELEASE.
