Title: TRAINEE LOST CTL OF MAULE ACFT DURING LNDG IN STRONG XWIND RESULTING IN GOING OFF SIDE OF THE RWY CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE L WINGTIP AND ELEVATOR. HIS FLT INSTRUCTOR RODE WITH HIM THROUGH THIS RWY EXCURSION AND THEN INSTRUCTED THE TRAINEE TO RESTART THE ENG AND GO TO PARKING.
