Narrative:
Departed geg direct templ intersection on course. Tower turned us southwest and handed off to departure. Departure said we were cleared spokane 5 departure from clearance delivery. Neither of us heard it. We heard cleared as filed, which was direct templ intersection. Clearance delivery either did not say it or we did not hear it. No loss of separation occurred with C135 over fairchild AFB.
