The tail of a taxiway holding B737-800 was struck by the wingtip of a B767 taxiing passed. Flight crew of the B737 had the crash rescue personnel examine aircraft damage and then returned to gate, canceling the flight.

Narrative:
Parked on taxiway D with parking brake set. Engines running. Felt a shudder of aircraft. My aircraft was hit by a B767. His wingtip struck my tail. He was on taxiway D. I asked for crash crew to evaluate damage. When declared safe, we taxied to gate and canceled.
