Was distraction by air carrier Z climbing to FL290 through the altitude of air carrier west level at FL270. Air carrier 2 was a NORDO an the time and faster than air carrier west. Was trying to establish communications with air carrier Z when loss of separation occurred with air carrier X and air carrier Y.
