Narrative:
Placed a write-up on a possible loose rivit on the l-hand cowl. Mechanic was not sure if it was loose or not. I failed to put a time limit on the item of inspection every 20 hours and replace at 75 hours per maintenance manual 71-11-00 page 603.

Narrative: PLACED A WRITE-UP ON A POSSIBLE LOOSE RIVIT ON THE L-HAND COWL. MECH WAS NOT SURE IF IT WAS LOOSE OR NOT. I FAILED TO PUT A TIME LIMIT ON THE ITEM OF INSPECTION EVERY 20 HRS AND REPLACE AT 75 HRS PER MAINT MANUAL 71-11-00 PAGE 603.
