Narrative:
I was vectored for runway 21L and cleared to land runway 21L. Visibility was limited with snow, blowing snow, and low ceilings. When I broke out I saw runway lights. I looked to my left and did not see any other lights. After I touched down, I saw the control tower off to my right. It was at that point I realized I had landed north runway 21C. There were no other aircraft landing or taking off on runway 21C. The runway was open. During rollout, tower asked if I realized what happened. I told them I did realize it and apologized for any confusion or problems it caused.
