Location: dca departure, northwest. Departure instructions, depart northwest, noise abatement, P-56 avoidance procedure, expect vectors first fix. Turned left to follow the potomac river on departure. Passing 1200 ft, given instructions to expedite through 1400 ft to 1700 ft. At flaps 5 degrees, power set towards 1.70 EPR. Captain (me) called for climb power to expedite climb. Controller gave instructions to turn left to heading 290 degrees, then instructed to maintain 330 degrees. Controller advised received a call for possible deviation into P-56. Controller advised he showed P-56 area clear. Instructed to call dca tower on landing in dfw.
