Narrative:
Departed phx at approximately XA20 on runway 7O. Climbed out via dryheat 2 SID, passed over the VOR and tracked outbound via the pxr 070N degree radial. At approximately 8-10 DME, the controller directed us to change course to a 100 degree heading in accordance with the SID. We realized that we should have made the turn at 4 DME to a heading of 100 degrees. Since I had flown the old departure many times, I failed to notice the change in the new SID.
