Cefor intersection is not clearly marked on the toronto 1H/left area chart. It is on the united states low chart #42. V320 from arther to cefor is on the 079 degree radial from eck. The cefor intersection is made up from the yso radial on a dogleg with an arrow with no DME. Adding up the distance and intxns, it is 94 DME from yso or 72 DME from eck. This intersection is flown over at a high altitude and should be listed on the high en route charts.

Narrative: CEFOR INTXN IS NOT CLRLY MARKED ON THE TORONTO 1H/L AREA CHART. IT IS ON THE UNITED STATES LOW CHART #42. V320 FROM ARTHER TO CEFOR IS ON THE 079 DEG RADIAL FROM ECK. THE CEFOR INTXN IS MADE UP FROM THE YSO RADIAL ON A DOGLEG WITH AN ARROW WITH NO DME. ADDING UP THE DISTANCE AND INTXNS, IT IS 94 DME FROM YSO OR 72 DME FROM ECK. THIS INTXN IS FLOWN OVER AT A HIGH ALT AND SHOULD BE LISTED ON THE HIGH ENRTE CHARTS.
