Narrative:
While performing special inspection engineering order WX-xx-vv generator bus circuit breaker panel wire chafing inspection on aircraft xyz on nov/xa/00, no wire chafing was detected per step F sheet 4 of engineering order WX-xx-vv. Per step G of sheet 4, no chafing protection was applied. Advised air carrier maintenance coordination center of problem. A rework of the special inspection will be set up to accomplish step G of engineering order WX-xx-vv.

PER STEP G OF SHEET 4, NO CHAFING PROTECTION WAS APPLIED. ADVISED ACR MAINT COORD CTR OF PROB. A REWORK OF THE SPECIAL INSPECTION WILL BE SET UP TO ACCOMPLISH STEP G OF ENGINEERING ORDER WX-XX-VV.
