Narrative:

At alb airport, I was holding short of taxiway C on taxiway a. The ground controller, who was also working tower frequency, cleared me to position and hold on runway 19 at taxiway C, which is the instructions that I read back. While positioning for takeoff, the controller advised me to continue taxiing across the runway to taxiway J. As I positioned on taxiway J I observed a light twin executing a go around on runway 19.
