Narrative:

Cleared to land runway 27R mia. Light aircraft (maybe commuter) aborted. Tower advised aborted aircraft to clear immediately and was asked if he would be off runway soon. Aircraft answered 'yes.' we were reclred to land. Aborting aircraft passed one taxiway and then headed for another. We were approaching approximately 50 and saw that the aircraft would not clear the runway. Initiated our go around to avoid any conflict. Tower ordered go around after we started ours.

Narrative: CLRED TO LAND RWY 27R MIA. LIGHT ACFT (MAYBE COMMUTER) ABORTED. TWR ADVISED ABORTED ACFT TO CLR IMMEDIATELY AND WAS ASKED IF HE WOULD BE OFF RWY SOON. ACFT ANSWERED 'YES.'
