Narrative:

We had an intoxicated passenger, when she was cut off from liquor by flight attendant. She verbally abused and pushed the flight attendant, according to the flight attendant. She got up out of her seat while taxiing in. I called for a gate supervisor and security to meet the aircraft (only 5-10 mins notice). While we were at the gate, waiting for security, I noted that the passenger cornered another flight attendant in the galley. She placed her hand on the flight attendant's shoulder twice. Her attempt was to get the flight attendant to write a statement in her steno pad (she claimed that she was a war zone correspondent). Her claims: she would take legal action against us using other 2 witnesses. She was irrational in her 'reasoning and the rationalization' of her actions. When the agent met the flight, I told him that the passenger should not fly anymore that day. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that he talked to the lady after she put her hands on the flight attendant's shoulder, and told her that was a federal violation. The woman turned around and lashed out at him. Security never did show up for this woman, and this was not the first time that atlanta security had not responded to his request to meet the airplane. He doesn't know what happened to her, because he had to rush to a connecting flight.
