Narrative:

A passenger verbally abused the lady next to him repeatedly. When I intervened, he verbally abused myself and other passenger. He then continued on to threaten the lady seated next to him stating 'I know where you live, I saw it on your laptop.' the lady was so scared, she requested security to escort her to her car in austin. Gentleman was in xa, first name was X. Lady was in xb. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that what provoked the man's anger at the lady sitting next to him was that he told her that he was going to order a beer and then put his headsets on, so he wouldn't be able to hear the flight attendant ask him for money. When the reporter came to serve him, he did exactly that, except that the lady told the reporter that this is what he had planned to do. The man turned to her and called her a *&%$# &^)@*% and told the reporter the same thing. The reporter told him to 'button his mouth' and went to tell the captain. She also got the surrounding passenger to write a witness statement, so the man turned on all the passenger sitting around him and called them similar names. The police met the flight in austin, but didn't arrest him, because he hadn't been physically abusive. They did escort the woman to her car. The captain was furious that nothing was done to the man, so he talked to the airline's management to ban this man for life from their airline.
