Narrative:

Just landed ord runway 22R and cleared runway. Lots of construction going on. Ground control directed us to take txwys H and P to our gate on the concourse. Did not see sign for taxiway P (may have been blocked or removed by construction equipment). We passed intersection of taxiway P on taxiway H and came to a stop a few ft over hold short line for runway 14L/32R. We contacted ground and they cleared us onto runway 14L/32R and right turn to the end of runway and to our gate.
