Narrative: HOBBS METER STICKING. ENTRY MADE ON STATUS BOARD. STICKER PLACED ON PANEL SAYING INOP. STATUS BOARD SAYS INOP. UNDERSTOOD THAT PART 91 SINGLE ENG EQUIP AND NON ESSENTIAL EQUIP CAN BE INOP WITHOUT AFFECTING AIRWORTHINESS.
