Narrative:

Arrived at the gate. I observed maintenance supervisor standing at my 10 O'clock position when I was taxiing plane into gate. I had no mechanical write-ups on this flight. However, over the previous 4 days I had 9 write-ups. I consider his presence as harassment by management.
