Narrative:

After passenger deplaned from flight, several management persons boarded my aircraft. At first I was told they were there to help with any problems I may have but I later found out they were checking my aircraft. I have been consistently writing up mechanical deficiencies on aircraft I fly. This is affecting my mental alertness while I am flying.

Narrative: AFTER PAX DEPLANED FROM FLT, SEVERAL MGMNT PERSONS BOARDED MY ACFT. AT FIRST I WAS TOLD THEY WERE THERE TO HELP WITH ANY PROBS I MAY HAVE BUT I LATER FOUND OUT THEY WERE CHKING MY ACFT. I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY WRITING UP MECHANICAL DEFICIENCIES ON ACFT I FLY. THIS IS AFFECTING MY MENTAL ALERTNESS WHILE I AM FLYING.
