Narrative:

In the gate, observed chief pilot and director of flight administration standing at the nose of my aircraft watching myself and my crew. I had several maintenance write-ups the day before and one write-up at earlier in the morning. These men boarded my aircraft twice on may/tue/00. On this occasion they were harassing me by watching me and my crew as passenger were boarding.

Narrative: IN THE GATE, OBSERVED CHIEF PLT AND DIRECTOR OF FLT ADMINISTRATION STANDING AT THE NOSE OF MY ACFT WATCHING MYSELF AND MY CREW. I HAD SEVERAL MAINT WRITE-UPS THE DAY BEFORE AND ONE WRITE-UP AT EARLIER IN THE MORNING. THESE MEN BOARDED MY ACFT TWICE ON MAY/TUE/00. ON THIS OCCASION THEY WERE HARASSING ME BY WATCHING ME AND MY CREW AS PAX WERE BOARDING.
