Narrative:

We had a low arrival fuel situation when ATC issued a rerte that we could not accept for lack of fuel. We asked to stay on the original route with no answer from ATC. We declared minimum fuel and told ATC we had to have direct little rock. She said roger. We proceeded with no further problems. We did not get a valid clearance for the arrival. We did not have an alternate or added fuel for en route deviations.

Title: B727 DECLARES MINIMUM FUEL NEAR LITTLE ROCK.

Narrative: WE HAD A LOW ARR FUEL SIT WHEN ATC ISSUED A RERTE THAT WE COULD NOT ACCEPT FOR LACK OF FUEL. WE ASKED TO STAY ON THE ORIGINAL RTE WITH NO ANSWER FROM ATC. WE DECLARED MINIMUM FUEL AND TOLD ATC WE HAD TO HAVE DIRECT LITTLE ROCK. SHE SAID ROGER. WE PROCEEDED WITH NO FURTHER PROBS. WE DID NOT GET A VALID CLRNC FOR THE ARR. WE DID NOT HAVE AN ALTERNATE OR ADDED FUEL FOR ENRTE DEVS.
