Narrative:

Several mins after leveloff at FL290, the altitude warning alarm sounded. Cabin altitude was above 10000 ft and climbing at about 500 FPM. An emergency was declared and the aircraft descended to 10000 ft, then 8000 ft. Oxygen masks were donned by the cockpit crew and all emergency procedures per the QRH were complied with. Passenger oxygen masks never deployed as the maximum cabin altitude only reached about 12000 ft. An uneventful landing was made at bdl and no passenger mentioned any adverse affects.

Title: CABIN PRESSURIZATION LOSS.

Narrative: SEVERAL MINS AFTER LEVELOFF AT FL290, THE ALT WARNING ALARM SOUNDED. CABIN ALT WAS ABOVE 10000 FT AND CLBING AT ABOUT 500 FPM.
