Narrative:

While climbing out of grand junction the pressurization valve was left off or switched off. Oxygen masks deployed, speed and altitude was a problem to maintain, initiated pressurization of cabin but had no luck. However, we maintained or were able to maintain the cabin around 11000-12000 ft. At times I had problems working the pressurization system and adhering to ATC directions. Finally managed to use the pressurization (emergency) system and bring the cabin down. The rest of the flight was uneventful.

Title: LR25 PIC RPT OF A CABIN PRESSURIZATION PROB. EITHER A MALFUNCTIONING SYS OR SOMEONE OVERLOOKED THE FACT THAT THE VALVE WAS SHUT OFF.

Narrative: WHILE CLBING OUT OF GRAND JUNCTION THE PRESSURIZATION VALVE WAS LEFT OFF OR SWITCHED OFF. OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED, SPD AND ALT WAS A PROB TO MAINTAIN, INITIATED PRESSURIZATION OF CABIN BUT HAD NO LUCK. HOWEVER, WE MAINTAINED OR WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE CABIN AROUND 11000-12000 FT. AT TIMES I HAD PROBS WORKING THE PRESSURIZATION SYS AND ADHERING TO ATC DIRECTIONS. FINALLY MANAGED TO USE THE PRESSURIZATION (EMER) SYS AND BRING THE CABIN DOWN. THE REST OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL.
