Narrative:

Feb/xa/00, aircraft arrived at gate with crew write-up of #1 engine needs oil service. I svced all 3 engines with oil. Aircraft was dispatched to sfo from ZZZ. I received an e-mail from gate mechanic in sfo to look at aircraft history. Aircraft arrived in sfo without oil cap installed on #3 engine, and oil door not secure. The oil quantity per verbal from sfo gate mechanic had gone down to 2 gallons. There was no in-flight shutdown.

THE OIL QUANTITY PER VERBAL FROM SFO GATE MECH HAD GONE DOWN TO 2 GALLONS. THERE WAS NO INFLT SHUTDOWN.
