Narrative:
I was in the traffic pattern at mlb for runway 9L. As I turned left base I was cleared for touch and go and advised of traffic following me in. I looked for traffic and meanwhile flew through the extended centerline for runway 9L and as I turned final for runway 9R, I realized I had made a mistake. Called tower and advised them I was going around. At the time I initiated a go around I was at 500 ft. Controller cleared me again to land after the go around and said I caused no problem.
