Narrative:

We were on ILS runway 24L. Brasilia was on ILS runway 24R. Brasilia was at our 4 O'clock position and about 50 ft higher than us. TCAS ii called, 'traffic, traffic.' a moment later TCAS ii called, 'climb, crossing, climb.' the co-pilot said, 'don't climb or we will hit him!' we descended and TCAS ii called, 'clear of conflict.' we maneuvered opposite to TCAS ii because the co-pilot had visual contact with the brasilia.
